Stamina sorcerer build using crafted sets and a vanilla monster mask.
Best race: Dunmer. Orc, Khajiit (slightly less damage), and even Wood Elf will also work. 64 points into stamina.
Food - for parsing, Lava Foot Soup-And-Saltrice. In content, you can use Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables for more HP and slightly higher damage.
Potions - Essence of Weapon Power or Alliance Battle Draught (stamina regen, weapon crit, weapon power).

Opening:
Summon and cast both pets - Volatile Familiar and Twilight Tormentor, Hurricane, activate Power Overload ultimate, and Stampede towards the target. Cast Barbed Trap, Daedric Prey. Then, until ~200 ultimate points do rotation, and when the ultimate points drop to 200, cast the Summon Charged Attronach ultimate. After that, we only activate this ultimate.
Rotation:
The rotation for Sorcerer is quite straightforward. Only summon Twilight Tormentor at the beginning of the parse and do not use it further. For content, considering the minimal damage loss, you can use another morph - Twilight Matriarch, which adds the ability to emergency heal yourself or a group member.
Keep all dots up, when ready, activate Bound Armaments (it charges from light attacks, so if weaving is not an issue, the skill will be ready every fifth attack). When all dots are active, spam Rapid Strikes.
Skill priority - Daedric Prey, Bound Armaments, Stampede, Volatile Familiar, Barbed Trap, Hurricane.
P.S. In group content, the group expects a +6% crit chance buff from the Sorcerer, so instead of Bound Armaments, Crystal Fragments should be used, and cast only when it procs (turns purple).
P.P.S. Also, in group content, if you are the only Sorcerer, place the guild fighter's ultimate Flawless Dawnbreaker on the front bar for the passive, and put Summon Charged Attronach on the back bar. The buff it provides to the group is more important than slightly higher damage from Power Overload at the start.
Weaving: Before each skill, remember to cast a light attack. It should look like this - LA + Skill - one-second pause - LA + Skill - one-second pause. Important! The skill cancels the light attack animation, not the other way around.
